All services, from personal shopping to nursery advice had previously been under one design concept. As each service expands, they are being given their own identities. I created the refreshed look and feel for Tech Support.
Highlighting connectivityI wanted to emphasise the benefits of technology, and not show it as something intimidating. The fluid dot pattern suggests seamless connectivity, while still being a clear indicator of technology.
The design influences multiple touchpoints from poster boards to take-home leaflets, as well as the look of space in store.
