All services, from personal shopping to nursery advice had previously been under one design concept. As each service expands, they are being given their own identities. I created the refreshed look and feel for Tech Support.
Evolving a Partner service
In the technology departments of John Lewis & Partners stores, specialist staff can help you get your new tech set up, keep you up and running, or fix things if they go wrong.

Highlighting connectivity
I wanted to emphasise the benefits of technology, and not show it as something intimidating. The fluid dot pattern suggests seamless connectivity, while still being a clear indicator of technology. The design influences multiple touchpoints from poster boards to take-home leaflets, as well as the look of space in store.
